The Arabic101 Store is the official shop of Arabic101. We sell Arabic and Quran learning books (English, Dutch and other languages), e-books, educational toys such as Huroofi and puzzles, and posters.

Scope
This page covers purchases made in the Arabic101 Store. Live classes and courses at Arabic101 Academy (academy.arabic101.org) have their own terms. This page works together with our Terms & Conditions. If the two conflict on a point of consumer law, the law and this page take priority.
Prices
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is received and you get our confirmation email. We may cancel an order before shipping if a product is out of stock or a pricing error is obvious. If we do, you receive a full refund.
Product information
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours on posters and toys may differ slightly between screens and print.
Educational toys
Toys carry the age recommendation shown on the product page. Please follow it and supervise young children, especially with small parts.
Your personal data
We use your data only to process your order, deliver it, handle service requests and meet legal obligations such as tax records. We share data only with partners we need for this, such as payment providers and carriers. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to object to its use.
